Job Description
Identify talent within the organization through assessment, performance review, and feedback mechanismDesign and implement talent development programs tailored to individual and organizational needsBridge skill gaps by providing targeted training and coaching sessionsDevelop and maintain leadership development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership coaching programsCollaborate with directors across business units to align talent development effort with organizational objectivesMonitor and evaluate effectiveness of talent development programs, making adjustment as necessary
The Successful Applicant
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources with core specialization being in talent management, learning & developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire employees at all levelsDemonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate talent development programsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
